In 2006, 55 land deals of previously free of charge privatization/9.52 hectare area/ were registered in Republic, 29 of which /5.82 hectare/ in Ararat marz, 14 /1.61 hectare/ in Gegharkunik, 9  /1.58 hectare/ in Lori and 3 /0.50 hectare/ in Tavush marzes.
During the year of 2006, 8285 real estate rental deals made 6.7% of total state registration rights of real estate. 18.3% of rental deals were done by legal entity. In comparison with the same period in 2005, the amount of real estate rental deals decreased for 30.7%.
In the year of 2006, rental contracts for 626 apartments of residential buildings, 297 private houses, 2929 public, 445 industrial settlements, 3932 land units /37098.91 hectare/, 53 garages and 4 cottages were registered in the Republic. The land encumber, free of charge use state rights registration  are included in the land rental deals.
In 2006, in Yerevan the amount of 290 land rental deals of state property, as compared to 2005, decreased for 56.2 %.
In the year of 2006, out of 37098.91 hectares of rented lands in the Republic, 47.36 hectare  was rented in Yerevan.  Out of 37051.55 hectare of rented lands in marzes  82.8% or 30674.61 hectare was for agricultural purpose, 82.49 hectare – residential, 22.25 hectare for industrial settlements , 18.40 hectare for energy settlement land,161.57 hectare – forestland, 661.90 hectare- subsurface use, 5.45 hectare – water land, 5424.57 hectare – specially preserved lands, 0.30 hectare – lands designed for transportation establishments, 0.01 hectare – for connection establishments.  Lands with larger area were rented in Ararat marz- 7414.25 hectare, 2034.37 hectare of which were agricultural lands. 19219.73 hectare of agricultural lands was rented out of administrative boarders of community.

In the year of 2006, quantitative alteration of state registration rights raised from rental deals shows a growing tendency in the marzes of the Republic .
In 2006, 13656 loan/wadset deals of real estate made 11.0 % of number of state registration rights. The number of state registration rights raised from loan/wadset deals is increased by 41.9 % in comparison with the year of 2005.
Loan/wadset  deals, were mostly implemented  for apartments in residential buildings /49.8%/, private houses /19.7%/, public settlements /13.2%/ and lands /11.7%/.
Number of state registration rights of 6747 real estate loan/wadset deals in Yerevan has increased for 39.5% as compared to 2005.
In 2006, 4160.28 hectare land area was loaned in the Republic, 30.44 hectare of which in Yerevan. 96.6 % of loaned lands or 4018.97 hectare were agricultural lands, 1.02 hectare in Yerevan. Lands with the largest area were loaned in Armavir marz – 2263.44 hectare, 2261.48 hectare of which were agricultural lands.
The quantitative alteration of state registration rights coming from loan/wadset deals shows a growing tendency in the marzes of the Republic during the year of 2006.
In 2006, by means of denationalization of public and industrial establishments, 150 and 180 deals were registered accordingly in the Republic, total number of which made 0.3 % of real estate state registration rights. As compared to 2005, in 2006 the number of privatization deals increased for 11.8%. High percentage of privatization deals was registered in Gegharkunik marz /32.5%/.
In 2006, the quantitative alteration of state registration rights coming from privatization deals shows a growing tendency in the marzes of the Republic.
20577 real estate primary registration rights were recorded in the Republic during 2006, the number of which increased for 4.3% as compared to 2005.
Specific density of real estate primary registrations made 16.5% of state registration rights. High percentage of primary registrations was recorded in Yerevan /38.0%/. Quantitative alteration of primary registrations show growing tendency.
