In 2007, 28 deals /83.07 hectare of total area/ of direct sale of agricultural lands were registered in the Republic.
During the year of 2007, as compared to 2006, the quantity of land auction sale deals increased for 47.4% in the Republic. In Yerevan it increased 2.6 times, in the rest of marzes altogether for 45.4%. Number of auction sale deals of agricultural lands increased for 27.3%, compared to residential encumber (homestead) lands for 37.4%, to public encumber lands 83.4% and in comparison with agriculture settlement lands it increased 2.2 times.
In the table below, the results of contract and average market price analysis of agricultural lands for the year of 2007 are presented, calculated by 1 hectare area. The data does not include information on court decision lands and lands of direct sale.
