In 2007, 23 land deals of previously free of charge privatization/7.57 hectare area/ were registered in Republic, 9 of which /0.45 hectare/ in Gegharkunik marz, 6 /0.37 hectare/ in Lori, 3  /6.25 hectare/ in Shirak, 1 /0.20 hectare/ in Syunik, 2 /0.20 hectare/ in Ararat and 2 /0.10 hectare/ in Kotayk marzes.
During the year of 2007, 10765 real estate rental deals made 6.9% of total state registration rights of real estate. 12.1% of rental deals were done by legal entity. In comparison with the same period in 2006, the amount of real estate rental deals increased for 29.9%.
In the year of 2007, rental contracts for 852 apartments of residential buildings, 376 private houses, 3669 public, 464 industrial settlements, 5334 land units /35335.61 hectare/, 69 garages and one cottage were registered in the Republic. The land encumber, free of charge using and servitude state rights registration  are included in the land rental deals.
In 2007, in Yerevan the amount of 390 land rental deals of state property, including 193 units /9.00 hectare/  of encumber right, as compared to 2006, increased for 34.5 % .
In the year of 2007, out of 35335.61 hectares of rented lands in the Republic, 95.57 hectares  were rented in Yerevan.  Out of 35240.04 hectare of rented lands in marzes  114.77 hectare are for industrial settlements , 111.68 hectare for energy settlement land designed for water power plants. Lands with larger  area were rented in Syunik marz- 17493.50 hectare, 5183.45 hectare of which were agricultural lands. 7181.44 hectare of agricultural lands was rented out of administrative boarders of community.

In the year of 2007, quantitative alteration of state registration rights raised from rental deals shows a growing tendency in the marzes of the Republic .
In 2007, 25219 loan/wadset deals of real estate made 16.3 % of number of state registration rights. The number of state registration rights raised from loan/wadset deals is increased by 84.7% in comparison with the year of 2006.
Loan/wadset  deals, were mostly implemented  for apartments in residential buildings /48.2%/, private houses /25.2%/, public settlements /10.2%/ and lands /12.0%/.
Number of state registration rights of 9986 real estate loan/wadset deals in Yerevan has increased for 48.0% as compared to 2006.
In 2007, 6930.32 hectare land area was loaned in the Republic, 94.61 hectare of which in Yerevan. 91.4 % of loaned lands or 6331.95 hectare were agricultural lands, 2.63 hectare in Yerevan. Lands with the largest area were loaned in Armavir marz - 3448.04 hectare, 3444.05 hectare of which were agricultural lands.
The quantitative alteration of state registration rights coming from loan/wadset deals shows a growing tendency in the marzes of the Republic during the year of 2007.
In 2007, by means of denationalization of public and industrial establishments, 80 and 40 deals were registered accordingly in the Republic, total number of which made 0.1 % of real estate state registration rights. As compared to 2006, in 2007 the number of privatization deals decreased for 62.3%. High percentage of privatization deals was registered in Yerevan /21.6%/.
In 2007, the quantitative alteration of state registration rights coming from privatization deals shows a growing tendency in the marzes of the Republic.
25649 real estate primary registration rights were recorded in the Republic during 2007 excluding  deals number of which increased for 24.6% as compared to 2006.
Specific density of real estate primary registrations made 16.5% of state registration rights. High percentage of primary registrations was recorded in Yerevan /39.2%/. Quantitative alteration of primary registrations show growing tendency.
